Overview
This contract opportunity is for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting renewable energy hiring across the United States. The role will sit within key business areas such as Product Sales or Product & Engineering and will focus on building recruitment strategies that support fast-paced growth.
The position suits seasoned recruiters who are comfortable working in high-growth settings and who are motivated by contributing to the clean energy transition.
Role Summary
In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, taking ownership of end-to-end hiring while helping shape talent strategy, workforce planning, and future pipeline development. Your work will directly support the creation of strong teams in a scaling, mission-led organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting cycle by partnering with hiring managers to create and deliver focused sourcing plans for Product Sales or Product & Engineering roles.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure recruiting priorities are aligned with business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Provide a smooth and positive candidate journey from initial outreach through offer stage, acting as the main point of contact throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by actively sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking, and creative outreach methods.
- Use recruiting data and performance insights to strengthen hiring results, reduce time-to-fill, and improve overall hire quality.
- Look for opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, employer brand positioning, and talent attraction efforts.
- Keep up to date with renewable energy market trends and broader talent market developments to stay competitive.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in renewable energy, clean technology, or a similar sector.
- A strong background supporting hiring for Product Sales and/or Engineering positions in fast-moving, complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and handle high-volume or business-critical hiring across the United States.
- Practical experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- A data-oriented approach with the ability to turn metrics into useful hiring recommendations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and persuasion skills.
- Comfort managing several priorities at once in an evolving, high-pressure environment.
- High integrity and the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information responsibly.
Contract Details
This engagement runs for 6 months.
