Key Responsibilities
- Manage ambiguity and shifting priorities to deliver value to internal teams and millions of daily Uber users.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines including Product, Legal, Strategy & Planning, Community Operations, and Policy to champion scalable solutions and influence product development by converting operational insights into business outcomes.
- Analyze data to grasp business patterns, uncover opportunities, and evaluate the effects of operational adjustments with a focus on customer-centric product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain operational and analytical tools that track complex metrics for diverse global teams.
- Lead and coordinate multiple intricate projects efficiently in a fast-paced context, ensuring attention to detail amid complexity.
- Detect trends and escalate issues affecting user experience at scale, aiding ongoing improvements in support and operations functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over five years’ experience in operations, analytics, or program management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a closely related field.
- A proven record of driving growth and managing complex, cross-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with practical knowledge of SQL and data analysis. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is essential.

- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and resolving multifaceted problems.
- Excellent systems thinking and collaboration abilities to navigate challenges and exert influence without direct authority.
- Relevant experience in the technology or mobility sectors, focusing on product analytics or business operations.

Compensation and Benefits
For roles based in Canada, the salary range is CAD 123000 to CAD 137000 annually. Additionally, eligibility for bonuses, equity awards, and a variety of benefits is provided.
