Key Responsibilities

- Develop and energize partner sales approaches including account executive-to-account executive mapping, incentive programs, co-branded enablement content, and training to motivate partner representatives to engage with Checkr.
- Maintain executive-level interactions between Checkr and partner leadership, promoting senior level alignment to expedite decision-making and stabilize partnerships amid organizational changes.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions Implementation teams to build compelling joint value propositions and market engagement strategies.
- Act as a credible spokesperson on integration capabilities, translating partner insights to Product and Engineering teams and advocating for enhancements that promote mutual business growth.
- Monitor and evaluate pipeline generation, conversion metrics, and revenue outcomes across partnerships using data-driven insights to allocate resources and communicate partnership results effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years professional experience, including at least 4 years in partner or alliance management, or business development, with proven success in generating partner-originated revenue and pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to design and activate co-selling frameworks that engage and empower partner sales teams effectively.
- Proven expertise in nurturing executive relationships both within partners and internally, facilitating leadership connections that strengthen strategic alignment over time.
- Strong commercial acumen with capability in developing monetization strategies, conducting financial modeling, and managing negotiations confidently.
- Technical familiarity with software integration, including API and data flow concepts, and preferably experience working with HCM/ATS platforms like Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Fountain.
- Highly driven with a proactive approach, resilience to ambiguity, ownership mentality, and elevated standards for performance.
Compensation
