This position reports directly to the CFO and plays a pivotal role in developing a future-ready finance team.
Role Summary
The role demands an expert in financial modeling who approaches challenges strategically and analytically, turning complex, unstructured data into clear insights. Candidates will collaborate with senior leadership to enhance company performance by highlighting valuable insights and spearheading initiatives that shape the company's future. An ideal candidate is a builder, adept at creating scalable and automated finance processes to optimize team focus and effectiveness, with excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, reporting, and performance management for assigned business units by developing and maintaining driver-based financial models covering revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flows.
- Collaborate with the CFO to devise long-term financial strategies and value-creation plans, translating these into annual operating budgets and actionable goals aligned with company priorities.
- Prepare materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
- Enhance financial data integrity, structure, and automation to minimize manual work, boost efficiency, and deliver timely business insights.
- Serve as the finance leader for specific practice areas, partnering with executive team members including CEO, CFO, COO, and CGO to drive value creation initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses such as ROI assessments to support leadership decision-making on pricing, unit economics, capital allocation, and other strategic matters.
- Convey financial analyses into actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
- Support corporate finance initiatives including capital allocation strategies, M&A target evaluations through valuation and due diligence, pro-forma modeling, and integration efforts post-acquisition.
- Assist in optimizing capital structures and managing treasury functions.
Required Qualifications
- Five to seven years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively partner with senior leadership and external parties.
- Competency in data analytics.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SQL or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary for this position is between 120,000 and 125,000 USD annually, subject to variation based on location and other factors such as experience and education.
