Role Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing inventory management at the assigned site or sites, while also guiding stock controllers and supporting their training and development so that work is carried out according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory control processes within the designated location or locations.
- Supervise stock controllers and ensure stock handling activities are carried out effectively.
- Train and develop team members so they can meet company standards and perform their duties correctly.
Requirements
- High School Certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience in storekeeping or in a store-in-charge role.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Leadership mindset with qualities such as patience, cooperation, sound decision-making, loyalty, and commitment.
