Role Summary
The Senior Stock Controller will oversee inventory systems for the assigned site or sites, while also supervising stock controllers and helping develop team members so they carry out their duties to the required company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control processes for the designated location or locations.
- Supervise stock controllers and coordinate their day-to-day work.
- Train staff and support their development to ensure tasks are completed in line with company procedures.
- Maintain standards in stock handling, control, and related storekeeping activities.
Requirements
- High School Certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience in storekeeping or working as a store-in-charge.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Personal qualities including leadership, patience, cooperation, sound judgment, loyalty, and dedication.
