Role Overview
We are seeking a (Senior) Specialist within our Total Rewards Center of Excellence team to enhance our employee experience by managing and evolving our global compensation and equity programs. This role supports strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering an empowering work environment that promotes collaboration and a positive culture throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in shaping and executing Delivery Hero's compensation philosophy and strategy across the Berlin HQ and approximately 65 countries worldwide.
- Oversee global Long-Term Incentive Programs (LTIP) and Employee Share Purchase Plans (ESPP), including managing LTIP grants, handling ESPP enrollments, coordinating stock option exercise windows, administering RSU releases, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accuracy and seamless workflows in equity management systems and HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.
- Contribute to decision-making processes by analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Act as a primary contact for inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and equity matters.
- Collaborate intimately with Legal and Finance teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience managing equity, compensation, HR, or global mobility programs.
- A university degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of effectively training and guiding employees on reward programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building robust relationships and individualized approaches.
