Role Overview
We are seeking an Analyst in Planning Excellence skilled in Anaplan to join our Finance team. This position involves close collaboration with regional finance squads to develop and apply Anaplan planning models across all Delivery Hero brands, promoting standardized but adaptable frameworks that respect individual brand differences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of driver-based planning templates aligned with company Profit & Loss (P&L) and Free Cash Flow (FCF) structures.
- Document and analyze P&L and FCF drivers for each Delivery Hero brand, incorporating operational, market, and product assumptions.
- Formulate harmonized planning frameworks accommodating brand-specific nuances while supporting group-wide standardization.
- Identify and report financial reporting deficiencies impacting Anaplan planning models.
- Produce documentation, training resources, and guidance materials for regional finance teams.
- Act as the Anaplan subject matter expert to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and detect gaps in planning processes at both central and regional levels.
Qualifications
- Professional experience of 3 to 6 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related planning roles, preferably within multi-entity or multi-brand settings.
- Hands-on experience with planning software such as Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in P&L and Free Cash Flow modeling, including cost allocation, working capital, capital expenditure, and unit economics.
- Acquainted with diverse business models within complex organizations, like marketplaces, SaaS, quick commerce, or retail, with the ability to capture and document model distinctions effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of translating complex financial and system concepts to varied audiences across regions and cultures with solid documentation and presentation proficiency.
