Senior Specialist - Real Estate Strategy

Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an analytical Senior Specialist focused on Real Estate Strategy to aid in shaping and driving strategic initiatives within its expansive real estate portfolio. This position is pivotal in providing market insights, conducting commercial evaluations, and performing strategic analyses that guide investment decisions, formulating business cases, and portfolio planning for a major global destination development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with comprehensive market assessments including demand forecasting, supply evaluations, and competitor benchmarking across chosen sectors.
• Analyze various datasets such as demographics, economics, consumer behavior, and real estate markets to spot opportunities, identify risks, and detect trends.
• Contribute to the preparation of business cases, feasibility analyses, and commercial appraisals related to new projects and strategic endeavors.
• Support execution of market research studies, strategic plan implementation, asset evaluations, and portfolio reviews.
• Collect, organize, and amalgamate information from diverse sources to facilitate sound decision-making processes.
• Help develop analytical tools, frameworks, models, and presentations that evaluate strategic options and set investment priorities.
• Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses underpinning real estate strategy formulation across residential, retail, and commercial assets.
• Evaluate asset positioning, development mixes, phase strategies, and opportunities using data-focused insights.
• Assist with scenario analysis and strategic assessments to guide development, investment, and portfolio management decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in consulting, strategy, real estate, investment, research, analytics, or related professions.
• High proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and support critical decisions.
