About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a meticulous and strategic Senior Specialist in Organization Planning to enhance and optimize the marketing department's structure and resource management. This role ensures operational efficiency and alignment with Qiddiya's overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the marketing department's organizational framework aligning roles and responsibilities with strategic objectives.
- Perform workforce analysis, capacity planning, and support talent management to maximize marketing team efficacy.
- Partner with HR and marketing leaders to anticipate staffing requirements and assist in recruitment, employee development, and retention plans.
- Evaluate organizational effectiveness, recommending enhancements to boost team productivity and collaboration.
- Manage and revise marketing job descriptions, career growth paths, and competency models.
- Facilitate change management related to organizational structure or process adjustments in the marketing division.
- Generate periodic reports providing insights on marketing organizational strategy for senior leadership review.
- Keep current with industry trends and best practices concerning marketing organizational design and planning.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
- Have three to four years of experience in organizational planning, ideally within marketing or communications sectors.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities with a background in workforce planning and talent management workflows.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Be proficient in HR information systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Possess knowledge of marketing operations and organizational behavior is a significant advantage.
