Role Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Specialist focused on strategy oversight to help advance key organizational initiatives. The role centers on tracking strategic plans, checking progress against company priorities, and supporting coordination across departments so execution stays aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the rollout and ongoing progress of strategic initiatives across the business.
• Review performance indicators and recommend practical ways to strengthen execution.
• Work closely with multiple teams to keep activities aligned with strategic targets and deadlines.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership on strategy progress.
• Assist in shaping governance structures and operating models that support delivery of strategy.
• Lead strategic planning discussions to help align departmental priorities and integrate efforts.
• Monitor market movements and emerging challenges that may affect strategic direction.
• Develop and sustain relationships with external stakeholders to support strategic alignment.
• Help improve and refine the processes used for strategic oversight.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategy oversight, project management, or a comparable function.
