About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is building an ambitious entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, and this senior FP&A leadership position will play a key part in that journey. The role focuses on strengthening financial planning and analysis so the business can achieve aggressive growth goals while maintaining strong operational performance.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of the FP&A function, covering annual budgeting, forward forecasts, and financial model development.
- Review performance variances in depth and share practical insights with senior leaders on operating results and strategic programs.
- Design and improve reporting structures that monitor financial KPIs across the organization.
- Work with multiple business teams to align financial plans with wider company objectives.
- Spot opportunities to improve finance processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare executive-ready financial decks and stakeholder presentations that turn complex data into clear recommendations.
- Keep track of relevant financial regulations, market trends, economic changes, and industry updates that may affect planning.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required; a master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are considered a strong advantage.
- At least 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably gained in large-scale projects or real estate development.
- Demonstrated background in leading finance teams and managing end-to-end planning cycles.
- Strong command of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methods.
- Excellent analytical ability with the capacity to make sense of complex financial information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on proficiency with finance systems and advanced Excel is essential.
