Job description
Role Overview
An established client is looking for a highly organized and creative Senior Specialist to support B2B events and experiential marketing. This person will help plan and deliver high-impact marketing activations that strengthen relationships with brand marketers, agencies, and advertising decision-makers. Working as part of the B2B Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Franchise Events, and Sponsorships to create client-facing events, hospitality moments, and premium experiences that support business growth.
Key Details
- Pay rate: $55 per hour.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid in New York City, with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Target start date: Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
- This position was added to provide important operational support.
- Interview process: two rounds. The first is a one-on-one conversation with Sarah, followed by a panel interview with two other team members.
- Travel may not be immediate, but moderate domestic travel is expected in the future. Candidates must be open to traveling for onsite event execution.
- Assignment length: 6 months initially, with possible extension depending on performance results and budget approval.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute tailored B2B customer events, including client immersion meetings, hospitality programs, and other owned events.
- Work with the Sales team to shape experiences around business objectives, priority accounts, and advertiser relationships.
- Spot event opportunities that can support client engagement, pipeline creation, and account expansion.
- Manage event logistics, vendors, and production to ensure smooth delivery across all experiences.
- Support communications before, during, and after events, including setup, onsite coordination, and follow-up reporting.
- Make sure every event reflects the brand’s identity and premium standards.
- Partner with design, communications, and sales teams to create branded assets such as invitations, signage, swag, and presentation materials.
- Contribute creative ideas that help design memorable, unexpected moments for guests.
- Assist with recaps, budget monitoring, and performance tracking to evaluate ROI and improve future programs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, or client engagement, ideally in media, advertising, or entertainment.
- Strong project management ability, attention to detail, and a creative, practical problem-solving approach.
- Excellent organization and the ability to handle several projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working across teams, contributing ideas, and managing execution from planning through post-event wrap-up.
- Working knowledge of the advertising and media landscape, along with an interest in delivering standout brand and client experiences.
- Availability to travel for event support as needed, approximately 15% to 20%.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
