Role Overview
In this role, you will help customers run their cloud and application environments in a secure, efficient, and future-ready way. The Cloud Application Management offering combines strong technical expertise with clear business value. The company is looking for a motivated (Senior) Sales Professional who can actively drive growth and build long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling Cloud Application Management services, such as operating, improving, and modernizing cloud-based applications
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
- Identifying client needs and shaping tailored solution and service concepts
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal presentation through to contract closure
- Working closely with PreSales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to position customer solutions effectively
- Monitoring the market and competition while helping shape the sales strategy
What Makes You a Strong Fit
The ideal candidate brings experience selling B2B IT, cloud, or managed services. Background in strategic account management, framework agreements, managed service models, and SLA-based structures is an advantage. A solid understanding of cloud technologies such as SAP, AWS, Azure, and GCP, together with application management, is important. You should have a proven track record of success in complex, consultative sales. Strong communication and presentation skills at management and C-level are essential, along with an entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and the ability to close deals. Very good written and spoken German and English are required.
