About the role

As a Key Account Manager (all genders) for PLM, you will oversee the full sales journey for the company’s service offering — from the first approach to a successful close. The position focuses on building and developing strong client relationships, spotting opportunities early, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage every stage of the sales cycle for the service portfolio, starting with initial outreach and ending with deal closure.
  • Build durable relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues across the valantic group.
  • Identify client needs and business potential early, then translate them into implementation opportunities using the full range of services.
  • Coordinate with the team on pricing, proposal creation, and the tracking of offers and contracts.
  • Continuously monitor revenue and performance metrics to support company targets.
  • Act as the main contact for selected clients and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities from identification through execution.

  • You can present a sophisticated service portfolio convincingly to senior decision-makers in both English and German.
