Job description
About the Company
4level1 offers English language training for adults and young adults, built around international CEFR standards. The programs are designed to strengthen practical communication across speaking, listening, reading, and writing so learners can use English confidently in everyday situations. Classes are delivered online and in person, with remote support for students across the Middle East and on-site teaching in Riyadh. The organization places emphasis on quality instruction, cultural understanding, and a positive learning experience for a varied student community.
Role Overview
The Senior Sales & Front Desk position is a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. It combines front-desk reception, student support, and sales activities. The person in this role will greet visitors, respond to questions through in-person, phone, and digital channels, and keep the reception area running smoothly and professionally.
Key Duties
This role includes handling student registrations, organizing paperwork, arranging placement assessments, and working closely with academic teams on class timetables and schedule updates. It also requires active sales follow-up, outreach to prospective students and guardians, consultations to understand learner needs, and presentation of suitable program options to support enrollment goals.
The position also involves helping new or junior front-desk and sales staff learn the workflow, keeping information accurate in CRM or student management systems, and partnering with leadership to improve the student experience and strengthen sales operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Applicants should bring strong English communication skills, including confident spoken and written expression, attentive listening, and the ability to deal professionally with students and families from different backgrounds. Experience in customer service is important, especially in handling queries, addressing concerns, and maintaining a polished reception environment.
Sales capability is also essential, including lead generation, needs assessment, consultative selling, and enrollment closing. Experience in coordinating sales activity, monitoring targets, reporting results, and improving sales workflows is valuable, as is the ability to train or guide junior team members.
Familiarity with CRM tools or student information systems, standard office applications such as MS Office or Google Workspace, and careful data entry are expected. Experience in education, language training, or another service-focused setting is preferred. The role requires someone who can work on-site in Riyadh, adapt to changing priorities, and remain composed during busy periods. A post-secondary background in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related area is an added advantage.
Additional Information
This position is based in Riyadh and requires on-site attendance. The role supports both sales and front-desk functions within an education-focused environment.
