Role Summary

This part-time Senior Talent Acquisition position is based in the Riyadh Region and is primarily on-site. The person in this role will own the recruitment process for teaching, academic, and support positions from the earliest planning stage through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and translate them into clear role requirements.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements across the relevant channels.
  • Search proactively for suitable candidates and build a strong pipeline of future talent.
  • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified applicants.
  • Conduct structured interviews and help organize interview panel discussions.
  • Support the full hiring cycle, including scoping roles, shortlisting candidates, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding steps.
  • Strengthen employer branding efforts and help position the organization attractively to candidates.
  • Deliver a candidate journey that is respectful, welcoming, and inclusive throughout the process.
  • Monitor recruitment performance, maintain hiring records, and share regular progress updates with stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment practices remain aligned with internal policies and applicable local labor regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid experience handling the full recruitment lifecycle, including multiple open roles and competing deadlines.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities, especially in competency-based formats.
  • Hands-on experience with hiring steps such as job scoping, candidate screening, offer handling, and onboarding support.
  • Exposure to employer branding activities, including digital outreach and talent community engagement.
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing methods such as job boards and talent databases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills for partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit fairly and inclusively, with attention to diversity and non-discrimination.
  • Experience in education or training recruitment is considered an advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong time management, accuracy, independence, and the ability to meet deadlines.
