Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh is focused on driving new business for 4Level1’s English language offerings. The specialist will prospect for new opportunities, connect with institutions and individual customers, and help expand awareness of the company’s programs. The role combines research, outreach, pipeline management, proposal preparation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure new clients are smoothly onboarded.
What You Will Do
- Research the market to identify promising segments, prospects, and partnership opportunities.
- Create and execute outreach plans to generate interest and convert leads.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects.
- Present program details to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Prepare proposals and support negotiations while staying within approved guidelines.
- Work closely with academic and operations teams to coordinate client onboarding.
- Monitor performance indicators and share observations on market movements.
- Contribute ideas to improve business development efforts and sales strategy.
Candidate Profile
- You should bring strong communication and customer service abilities to handle client interactions professionally.
