About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager holding an SCA license, to join a prominent financial institution based in Dubai, UAE. This role demands a minimum of four years of experience in the brokerage industry, focusing on developing and nurturing client relationships to facilitate business growth. The successful candidate will be well-versed in brokerage, trading, investment markets, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain enduring relationships with both retail and institutional clients.
• Advocate investment products, brokerage services, trading platforms, and wealth management solutions.
• Identify potential business growth avenues and broaden the client base.
• Offer expert insights on financial markets and guide investment choices.
• Strictly comply with SCA regulations and organizational policies.
• Meet sales objectives and revenue targets through proficient management of client portfolios.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation and records.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant experience in the brokerage sector.
• Possession of a valid SCA License is compulsory.
• Background in financial services, trading, cryptocurrency, or investment sectors is required.
• Proven expertise in client acquisition and relationship management.
• A candidate must have an existing client network or database.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
• Fluency in English and either Arabic or French is mandatory.
