  • Reduce customer churn by staying closely engaged with clients.
  • Develop business through regular networking with investment bankers, chartered accountants and brokers.
  • Escalate delinquent accounts and possible NPAs promptly and support collection efforts.
  • Monitor major accounts for business health and early warning indicators of stress.
  • Acquire new customers by identifying leads and converting them effectively.
  • Grow business volume through cross-sell initiatives and fresh product ideas.
  • Improve turnaround times by working closely with Credit Analysts and other internal teams.
  • Use technology to improve efficiency, responsiveness and customer retention.
  • Coordinate loan processing with internal stakeholders and resolve queries for timely disbursal.
  • Ensure customer transactions are completed with the correct documentation.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor strategies, policies and operating practices.
  • Share market insights with the Area Sales Manager to fine-tune sales strategy.
  • Review overdue accounts daily and push collections in a timely manner.
  • Act early on initial overdue accounts to protect portfolio health.
  • Support profitability through correct pricing, fees and cost control measures.
  • Follow all pre-sourcing and post-sourcing processes consistently.
  • Contribute inputs for Sales MIS and process improvement to the Area Sales Manager.
