- Coordinate post-event lead follow-ups alongside Sales Operations to maximize conversion.
- Oversee the event schedule ranging from notable third-party conferences to exclusive executive roundtables throughout APAC.
- Manage all facets of event execution, including logistical planning, vendor management, and agency coordination.
- Develop an event performance evaluation framework with focused metrics on pipeline return on investment (ROI).
- Represent Alation at pertinent industry events in the region, requiring regional travel.
- Support customer marketing initiatives aimed at driving expansion within existing accounts by partnering with Customer Success teams to cultivate advocates and develop localized proof points.
- Customize global customer case studies to resonate with specific buyer personas in the APAC market.
- Localize messaging and marketing content to suit diverse markets, industries, and buyer profiles.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound content aligns with ongoing campaigns and event strategies.
- Communicate regional market insights and intelligence back to global product marketing teams.
- Administer regional marketing budgets while ensuring transparent ROI accountability.
- Maintain rigorous tracking and reporting of marketing influence on pipeline, engagement, and program success.
- Establish consistent reporting rhythms with both Sales and Marketing leaders.

- Demonstrated success in collaborating with enterprise sales to generate pipeline growth.
- Expertise in executing comprehensive ABM programs including strategy development, delivery, and analytics.
