Senior Recruitment Executive - Night Shift

Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Executive with a strong background in managing the complete recruitment process, specifically catering to U.S.-based talent acquisition. This role requires sourcing, screening, and bringing onboard highly qualified candidates across multiple sectors. The position operates during night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize major job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster to identify and evaluate potential candidates.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, screening, submission, and coordination, leveraging an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Ceipal.
• Analyze hiring demands from U.S. clients and align those with appropriate candidate qualifications.
• Perform initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, availability, and suitability for open roles.
• Ensure detailed maintenance of candidate profiles and pipeline development within the ATS.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 4 years of direct experience recruiting within the U.S. market.
• Proficient with recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
• Familiarity with ATS software like Ceipal for recruitment management.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Availability to work night shifts corresponding to U.S. timing.

Compensation Package: Annual CTC ranging from ₹350,000 to ₹450,000
