Recruitment Executive - Night Shift - USA Staffing

Role overview

This opening is for a Recruitment Executive focused on US staffing for both IT and non-IT roles. The position is based in Tiruchirappalli with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence in Tiruchy with remote work. It is a permanent US night-shift role, and the offered compensation ranges from ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,20,000 per annum CTC, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for direct client requirements in the US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting strong candidates.
• Assess candidates against different US employment tax terms such as W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline by using US job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, along with LinkedIn and internal ATS systems.
• Handle negotiation of pay rates and bill rates, prepare candidate submissions, and support the early documentation process such as NDAs and RTRs.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of practical experience in US staffing recruitment is required.
• Working knowledge of direct client requisition handling, where quick turnaround and accurate matching with hiring manager needs matter.
• Strong command of US tax structures and the ability to evaluate candidates correctly for H1B, C2C, W2, and 1099 arrangements.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills, along with a confident phone manner for engaging US-based candidates.
• Applicants should already be based in Tiruchy or have relocated there to support the hybrid model.

Compensation

CTC offered: ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,20,000 per year, based on experience.
