Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients within the engineering sector, focusing on power and renewable energy domains.
• Forge and sustain robust client relationships, qualify business prospects, and collaborate with regional teams to prepare sales pitches and tender submissions.
• Promote best practices in business development and provide training to recruitment teams to enhance lead generation activities.
• Lead strategic business growth projects, monitor and report market trends, identifying new opportunities to elevate NES Fircroft’s brand prominence.
• Support initiatives to expand the client portfolio and geographic reach for the company.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to transition client engagements into efficient service delivery and account management.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6 years of combined experience in business development, sales, and recruitment.
• Deep understanding of the engineering sector, with relevant recruitment or industry-related exposure.
• Demonstrable success in selling contractual recruitment solutions with excellent negotiation skills and a consistent record in closing deals.
• Willingness to travel proactively to visit clients and build relationships.
• Detail-focused and persistent with a consultative approach to business development.
• Strong team collaboration skills to align departmental strategies and meet shared objectives.
• Confident and effective communicator capable of engaging senior executives and articulating technical information.
