Role Description

We are seeking a high-achieving 360 Recruitment Consultant to join as a founding team member of our agency business. This is a results-driven position focused on securing mandates and closing recruitment deals. You will not be weighed down by manual sourcing as our AI platform manages that, allowing you to lead the human element, handle greater volumes of roles, boost placements, and maximize commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and expand market reach in Singapore and regional markets by acquiring recruitment mandates and positioning Persevio as a leader with a fast, superior recruitment model.
• Manage end-to-end candidate and client interactions, including hiring strategy consultation and leading complex offer negotiations to maximize deal closure rates.
• Collaborate closely with our AI system and talent delivery teams to enhance placement volume and efficiency, surpassing traditional 360 recruiter benchmarks.
• Provide meaningful feedback to product teams as a founding user to aid in evolving Persevio's AI tools, optimizing recruitment processes and revenue potential.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment with a successful history in business development and deal closure.
• A proactive, "hunter" mentality capable of establishing and growing a client portfolio independently.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage high-stakes recruitment processes to successful conclusion.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm towards leveraging innovative technology transforming recruitment.
• Preferably experienced within Singapore's tech or professional services sectors.
• A tech-savvy approach with curiosity towards experimenting with cutting-edge tools to increase operational efficiency.
