About the Role

Seeking an experienced professional to become a key contributor in technical recruitment within the GCC, focusing on critical sectors such as defense, healthcare, and energy. This is an exciting opportunity based in Dubai or for candidates willing to relocate, where you will take ownership of niche markets and help place high-caliber talent that will influence the technological landscape of the Middle East.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline in areas including AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, software, and systems engineering.
• Manage and expand your dedicated vertical, handling both permanent and contract roles across the GCC region.
• Consistently achieve and surpass set revenue and placement targets on an individual level.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
• Leverage your market expertise to provide valuable insights influencing both clients and candidates.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to achieve collective goals and celebrate successes.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of experience in recruitment, preferably within AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or IT sectors.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting mid-to-senior level candidates in complex, technology-driven fields.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a sharp commercial acumen.
• Technologically proficient, self-motivated, and well-organized individual.
