Role Overview

As a Senior Recruiter at Kiddom, you are critical to executing the company’s strategic growth initiatives by attracting and hiring top talent across various teams. Reporting to the VP of Talent, you will be part of a collaborative, low-ego Talent team that functions both as strategic business partners and recruiters. We seek candidates with a sense of ownership aiming to contribute significantly to our performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple recruiting searches, from defining roles to managing pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct proactive research to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
• Expertly source passive candidates through networking, cold outreach, and advanced internet search techniques such as Boolean searches.
• Engage candidates on social media platforms and create tailored recruitment communications.
• Source active candidates through online databases, internal referrals, and contact lists.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in specific functional areas by comprehending hiring needs and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to generate ideas and improve the recruitment process.
• Contribute to recruitment documentation and training initiatives.
• Build talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demands.
• Track and analyze conversion metrics, including candidate progression through the hiring process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in business or technical recruitment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proactive and capable of establishing strong partnerships.
• Advanced sourcing expertise using social recruiting and Boolean search techniques.
• Tech-savvy with sound understanding of SaaS technology and a fast learning aptitude regarding EdTech, industry competitors, and related developments.
• Experience with HR systems such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to generate a large, high-quality candidate pipeline under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to support multiple functions and business units.
• Rapid adaptability and learning capability across varied topics.
• Self-driven and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership positively.
• Capability to manage coordination tasks including scheduling and travel arrangements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $130,000 to $160,000.
• Eligible for meaningful equity upon full-time permanent employment.
