Job description

Role Overview

In this role, you will take ownership of quality assurance and quality control activities for the assigned site, working in coordination with the operations lead and other department heads to make sure deliverables satisfy customer expectations and comply with applicable quality and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for building, rolling out, and improving quality control systems and leading a team of QA/QC professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of quality control plans and operating procedures so that work remains aligned with industry, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Confirm that all delivered outputs meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining the required quality and compliance benchmarks.
  • Carry out routine quality audits and inspections to verify adherence to standards and established procedures.
  • Partner with functional leaders to identify quality gaps, resolve issues, and support ongoing improvements in product and process quality.
  • Oversee the non-conformance and corrective action workflow to ensure quality problems are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Keep all quality records complete, accurate, current, and stored in an organized and controlled manner.
  • Design and deliver quality training sessions so employees understand standards, procedures, and expectations.
  • Supervise all QA/QC plans, including revisions and amendments, to ensure project-specific requirements and client expectations are met.
  • Define project quality objectives that align with IMS corporate objectives and monitor the submission of QA/QC reports.
  • Develop and maintain a control framework for suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Participate in required project meetings and coordinate quality-related matters with the project owner, consultant, and project management team.
  • Support HSE programs, join safety awareness activities, and help with incident reporting and follow-up in line with company and IMS policies.

Experience and Education

This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of total work experience, including 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in GCC countries is considered an advantage.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
