Role overview
This position is for a senior project management professional to lead a hydrogen process-plant development programme within an established clean energy organisation in Germany. The role sits in a highly senior project management function and carries end-to-end responsibility for a major programme.
What you will do
- Take full ownership of a hydrogen process-plant development programme from a project leadership standpoint.
- Contribute to the delivery of multiple large-scale energy infrastructure initiatives valued at €100-250+ million.
- Work closely with a highly specialised team made up of experts recruited from across Europe.
- Operate as a senior leader across complex project and programme environments.
Experience and profile
- Bring several years of experience managing complex projects or programmes within clean energy, petrochemicals, plant engineering, or oil and gas.
- Have a proven record of leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Be confident handling presentations, communication, and negotiation across different functions and levels of the organisation.
- Show genuine interest in clean technology and the European green hydrogen sector.

Travel expectations
Site travel is required at a level of around 10% to 60% per month, depending on project demands. Travel will be mainly within Germany, with some occasional international travel possible.
