Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the Co-Founder & CEO and will play a pivotal role in shaping both existing and new products. This hybrid-position allows remote work within Canada, ideally based in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the direct-to-consumer (DTC) funnel end-to-end, optimizing acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention through rigorous experimentation and data analysis.
• Leverage product analytics, user research, and stakeholder feedback to build and prioritize a strategic product roadmap.
• Continuously enhance current products and patient experience based on insights and feedback.
• Lead full lifecycle new product development from opportunity identification to market launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to scope, define specifications, and make pragmatic trade-off decisions.
• Work alongside the CEO and clinical leaders to guide product strategy and ensure alignment with company vision.
• Define, monitor, and drive key product performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in product management within technology companies or startups.
• Strong analytics skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and experimental design.
• Technical fluency sufficient to engage effectively with engineering teams on software development nuances and trade-offs.
• Experience managing consumer-facing funnels, growth initiatives, or direct-to-consumer products.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term vision with immediate deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to technical, clinical, and non-technical audiences.
• Open to feedback with a humble, fast-learning mindset and a hands-on ownership mentality.

Bonus qualifications: Experience with LLM-powered products, healthcare or regulated sectors, marketplaces or telehealth, SQL, modern analytics tools, or launching zero-to-one products.
