- Represent customer feedback effectively to engineering teams to guide prioritization and trade-off decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Management to support go-to-market activities through creation and updating of presentations, documentation, datasheets, and whitepapers.
- Make informed decisions regarding go-to-market strategies including pricing, packaging, licensing, and product tiering based on deep product knowledge.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in product management with a minimum of 5 years focused on B2B SaaS products.
- Experienced in developing or utilizing developer tools, APIs, and platform services.
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to promote adoption of shared services or platform features across multiple product groups.
- Track record of collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver user-friendly products in fast-paced settings.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background with open source software or commercial open source firms.
- Experience in observability products and/or developer tools, either from an internal SRE perspective or serving external clients.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts including Kubernetes, cloud service providers, and virtual machines, with the ability to simplify these ideas for broader audiences.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and tools.
