Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the product vision by crafting strategies that enhance engagement, growth, and customer value.
- Maximise buyer and seller channel performance through optimisation, experimentation, and ownership of key performance indicators.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer needs, designing and delivering innovative product solutions to stimulate growth.
- Quickly validate ideas by conducting experiments and tests to improve metrics and business outcomes.
- Leverage data and insights from customers, products, and markets to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to align priorities and manage dependencies for effective execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate compelling product strategies and influence senior stakeholders to drive business impact.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in building products from concept to launch with a hands-on approach.
- Background in product management, product design, or commercial product roles.
- Natural curiosity with original thinking; comfortable challenging norms and approaching problems creatively.
- Strong mastery of product management tools, frameworks, and processes, applying them appropriately to solve problems.
- Successful track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence beyond immediate teams.
