Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside engineers to support testing, yield enhancement, product characterization, and qualification processes.
- Coordinate with manufacturing plants and planners to ensure smooth execution of engineering tasks.
- Create test instructions for engineering laboratories and assist in executing tests and product qualification activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose and debug equipment and product issues at both basic and advanced technical levels.
- Record test outcomes meticulously and generate detailed reports for results and debugging in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
- Motivated individual with strong communication abilities.
- Systematic approach to documentation and process adherence.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of electronics and semiconductors.
- Familiarity with semiconductor testing processes.
- General understanding of manufacturing and operational workflows.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and capability in generating technical reports.
- Advantageous: experience with data analytics tools including SQL, Python, PowerBI, Shell scripting.
- Beneficial: knowledge in AI/ML and automation technologies such as Python, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.
- Flexibility to work during office hours, including staggered or night shifts as required.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Computer Engineering.
- Alternatively, NITEC certification in related engineering disciplines combined with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
