About the Role
Join ALESAYI HOLDING as a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead and optimize strategic procurement activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete sourcing and Request For Quotation (RFQ) procedures from start to finish.
- Collaborate with suppliers and assist with contract management tasks.
- Evaluate and onboard suppliers, continuously monitoring their performance.
- Analyze quotations, conduct commercial assessments, and track expenditures.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
- Effectively use ERP and electronic procurement platforms.
- Create detailed procurement reports and data dashboards.
- Work closely with internal departments to implement procurement solutions that add value.
- Drive process improvements and provide guidance to junior procurement staff.
Preferred Credentials
- Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Level 4 certification.
- Any other recognized procurement qualifications.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
- Has 2 to 3 or more years of experience in procurement; experience in Facility Management or Services sectors is advantageous.
- Outstanding fresh graduates with strong abilities and growth potential are welcome to apply.
- Saudi nationals are given preference.
