About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a growing organization. The position focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring strong candidates across several business areas while contributing to workforce expansion through strategic sourcing, talent insights, and recruitment decisions backed by data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring process from opening a requisition through onboarding the selected candidate.
- Work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring plans and clarify role requirements.
- Identify and attract suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent communities, referrals, and other digital sourcing channels.
- Create and maintain pipelines of talent for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Carry out competency-based interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Support employer branding efforts that improve the organization’s appeal to job seekers.
- Provide a smooth, positive, and engaging experience for candidates at every stage of the process.
- Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and pre-employment follow-up.
- Use ATS tools and recruitment analytics to track hiring results and key recruitment metrics.
- Take part in hiring projects, process enhancements, and the adoption of best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR are considered an added advantage.
Experience & Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
- Strong capability in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and similar modern sourcing tools.
- Hands-on experience hiring for a variety of functions and seniority levels.
- Experience in FMGC and real estate recruitment.
- Solid stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Strong ability to interview, assess, and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Comfort with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and hiring analytics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus.
