Job Overview

We invite MBA/MCom freshers specialized in Finance to attend a walk-in interview for the role of Senior Process Executive in the Capital Markets domain, focusing on securities operations, wealth and asset management, and financial instruments. This position is based in Bangalore, working onsite with 24/5 shifts, demanding immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, demonstrating strong analytical capability to interpret complex data.
• Understand and address client queries and requirements effectively.
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Manage customer requests adhering to strict service level agreements concerning turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards.
• Engage actively in team-building exercises and adapt swiftly to evolving technologies and business needs.
• Work all five official days from the office in Bangalore.
• Acquire and apply process knowledge efficiently, interpreting financial statements and applying finance and accounting principles accurately.
• Maintain excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions, explaining complex financial concepts clearly.
• Exhibit meticulous organizational skills to ensure data precision and demonstrate accountability within deadlines.
• Work independently in demanding environments and take initiative to identify problems and propose suitable solutions.

Required Qualifications and Eligibility

• Full-time undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting (B.Com or BBA) completed in 2022 or 2023.
• Full-time postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting (M.Com or MBA Finance) completed in 2024 or 2025.
• Both UG and PG degrees must be completed; candidates currently awaiting results or pursuing degrees are not eligible.
• Possess original mark sheets and provisional/degree certificates from both UG and PG levels at the time of interview.
• Applicants must have a background in Finance for both UG and PG qualifications (BBA, B.Com, MBA Finance, M.Com).

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and interpretative skills with basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Capability to operate autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
