  • Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism, good judgment, and a strong understanding of the business context.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on sensitive people matters and coordinate with legal or other internal stakeholders when needed.
  • Review workforce data, spot patterns, and turn insights into practical actions that support engagement, retention, and organizational health.
  • Help introduce modern technology and AI-enabled tools to improve people processes and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the creation, rollout, and ongoing refinement of people programs, policies, and frameworks.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve the employee experience and advance business priorities.
  • Coach and support colleagues in the People function to build capability and promote strong practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or comparable strategic HR role within a global organization.
  • Deep knowledge of employee relations, including complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver talent strategies covering performance, succession, leadership development, and career progression.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to link people initiatives to business results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially with senior leadership and executives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using people data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Clear communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
  • High standards of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in remote or distributed teams is an added advantage.
  • Curiosity and openness toward using technology and AI tools to improve people operations and business impact.

Benefits

  • Annual compensation between €93,800 and €120,600, depending on experience, skills, and location factors.
  • Fully remote working model with the freedom to work from anywhere.
  • Flexible working hours in an asynchronous culture.
  • Flexible paid time off for rest, balance, and wellbeing.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Support for mental health and overall wellbeing.
  • Equity through stock options.
  • Dedicated budget for learning and professional growth.
  • Home office allowance plus company-provided IT equipment.
  • Budget for local co-working spaces and in-person social activities.
  • Strong focus on internal mobility, career progression, and professional development.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and globally distributed team environment.
