Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide strategic HR support for select sub-regions within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as part of a multi-hundred-million-dollar global datacenter client account extending to 30+ countries. The HRBP works closely with senior field leadership teams to create and implement human resource strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and support rapid business growth. Acting as a bridge between the business units and the central Program Management Office (PMO), the HRBP evaluates needs such as hiring, performance management, engagement, compensation, succession, and leadership development. This role requires strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex HR challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across the EMEA sub-regions.
- Focus on succession planning, performance evaluation, leadership development, and workforce optimization for field teams.
- Serve as the main HR advisor for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with global account standards and expectations.
- Monitor regional HR metrics including turnover rates, recruitment times, overtime, and other workforce data to identify improvement areas.
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to innovate staffing processes, optimize budgetary adherence, and enhance client service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior stakeholders including service level agreements, business reviews, and account performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with Securitas branches and affiliated companies across multiple EMEA countries to uniformly implement HR programs.
- Provide training and support on staffing, compensation analysis, performance reviews, and client-specific HR policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive human resources experience, supported by a bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
- Operations management experience and familiarity with data center or security contract environments are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel internationally or domestically up to 25% of the time, including short-notice travel.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours during emergencies or critical incidents.
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one promptly is essential.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent management functions.
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation, with understanding of HR laws across EMEA beneficial.
- Analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders sensitively and effectively.
- Ability to manage complex situations professionally, exercising discretion and sound judgment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about service improvement and team collaboration.
- Capable of leading, coaching, and influencing with high confidentiality and integrity.
