Regional HR Business Partner - EMEA

About the Role

The Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) for EMEA will operate within a major global datacenter client account covering over 30 countries, providing strategic HR leadership to sub-regions across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager based in Dublin, this role entails partnering with senior management to translate business priorities into impactful HR strategies focused on organizational success and workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior field leaders to create and implement human resource initiatives that boost performance and support growth across the EMEA region.
• Lead succession planning, employee performance management, leadership development, and workforce optimization efforts for field leadership teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters within assigned sub-regions, ensuring alignment with broader global account standards and client expectations.
• Analyze HR performance metrics such as turnover rates, time to fill vacancies, and overtime to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Drive cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes, budget management, and service delivery quality.
• Provide comprehensive reporting to senior stakeholders through client-facing service level agreements (SLAs), monthly and quarterly business reviews, and account health dashboards.
• Coordinate with Securitas offices and affiliated businesses across EMEA to ensure consistent implementation of HR programs including training, wage analysis, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum five years of advanced HR experience, ideally with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline.
• Experience in operational management and familiarity with data center or contract security vendor environments preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 25%, often on short notice, and flexibility to work outside standard hours during urgent situations.
• Strong understanding of employment law in Ireland and, preferably, across multiple EMEA countries.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences and senior-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities combined with strong organizational skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Passport possession or eligibility to obtain one is required.
