Job description
Position Location and Schedule
This role is based in Ovens, Cork, Ireland and requires a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday, with a minimum of 36 working hours per week.
Compensation
The hourly wage is €15.41, along with additional allowances of €20.00 for night shifts and a Sunday premium.

Job Responsibilities
- Complete all required training programs pertinent to the specific site.
- Perform all duties specified in the Assignment Instructions accurately and thoroughly.
- Regularly review Assignment Instructions to stay informed of any changes and proactively suggest service improvements.
- Monitor CCTV systems as needed.
- Identify and report any health and safety hazards at the client site immediately.
- Remain vigilant about threats or environmental changes to prevent disruption, loss, or damage.
- Apply judgment and initiative to escalate any potential threats by involving the appropriate personnel without delay.
- Document incidents comprehensively and promptly to support incident reporting processes.
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- At least six months of experience in a similar security role.
- Strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- First Aid certification.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexibly including days, nights, and weekends.
- Valid Private Security Authority (PSA) Licence.
- Possession of Safe Pass certification is advantageous.
- Own transportation is preferred.
- A full, clean driver’s license is required.
