Job description

Role overview

This position is focused on building positive relationships between the organization and its customers, with an emphasis on resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and reaching practical outcomes that satisfy both sides. The role supports a smooth customer journey and helps ensure service quality across related community services.

Key responsibilities

  • Help improve One Stop Shop processes and working procedures so customers receive a consistently high standard of service.
  • Support the resolution of daily operational matters involving both internal teams and external customers.
  • Keep current on the services provided by Communities Affairs, including the relevant procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Guide customers with the right information, stressing the need for accuracy and explaining the regulations that apply to each service.
  • Ensure every customer interaction remains professional, clear, and customer-focused throughout the entire service process.
  • Reinforce customer rights and responsibilities, while also informing customers about additional services available through Communities Affairs.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure renewal processes and procedures are completed correctly.
  • Coordinate closely with customers and internal sections to move transactions to closure as quickly as possible.

Qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required; a master's degree is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential; Arabic language skills are preferred.
  • At least 1 to 4 years of experience in a comparable role is needed.
  • Prior experience in stakeholder management and customer service in a commercial setting is important.
  • Strong analytical and research capability is required.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels are expected.
  • Experience presenting information to groups and handling projects is valued.
  • Applicants should demonstrate strategic thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of administrative regulations is required.
  • Good planning and organizational skills are needed.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office, is required.
