Job description
Role overview
AD Ports Group’s Noatum Logistics is a globally active supply chain and logistics business, ranked among the world’s top 50 freight forwarders. It provides integrated, client-focused logistics solutions across international transport, project cargo, customs, and broader supply chain needs. Operating in 33 countries with a team of more than 1,680 professionals, the company emphasizes long-term partnerships, service quality, and the standard of excellence in logistics delivery.
Purpose of the role
This position is responsible for carrying out logistics administration tasks, keeping documentation moving smoothly between departments, and supporting customers within required timelines. The role is designed to strengthen efficient back-office logistics operations while meeting company quality requirements and HSSE standards, and ultimately improving customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and align import and export activities with the relevant internal teams, ensuring containers move through the planned workflow without interruption.
- Track the availability of workable containers for the operations function and coordinate with clients to address any issues that may block progress.
- Work with Administration to make sure scheduled jobs are ready for operations, liaise with the Stock Controller on stock-related matters, and support the Operations team in completing jobs on time for quicker container turnaround.
- Identify, escalate, and document service-related problems promptly so corrective action can be taken to prevent failures such as container rejections, incorrect drops, or delays in container supply.
- Record all rejected containers and keep daily status reports updated.
- Follow the Health, Safety, Security and Environment policy and manual requirements, applying industrial, personal, and environmental safety practices at all times; the role also carries the authority to stop and report unsafe acts or conditions that could lead to an HSSE incident.
- Communicate with customers and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner over the phone to support clear and effective exchange of information.
- Maintain accurate records and file storage so information such as control sheets can be retrieved when needed.
Qualifications
The employer is looking for a high school graduate, ideally someone who also holds a diploma in logistics, shipping, or export. The role requires 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
