Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Loan Officers to guarantee timely and precise service for clients, ranging from first-time homebuyers to those seeking refinancing, throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
• Manage scheduling and monitor critical dates such as closings, contingencies, and loan lock expirations.
• Evaluate loan approvals and fulfill all underwriting and closing conditions.
• Engage in ongoing extensive training to develop expertise in home loan products and the mortgage processes.
• Ensure the loan files are prepared and submitted accurately and promptly to the Closing Department.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology tools to oversee the loan pipeline and conduct thorough credit and underwriting assessments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service coupled with respectful and consultative advice to clients.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a residential mortgage operational capacity, including work with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector systems.
• Mandatory experience with Encompass software.
• Strong preference for candidates with Renovation and Construction loan experience.
• Excellent attitude, communication capabilities, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with creative, outside-the-box thinking.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a salary range between $55,000 and $65,000 along with performance-based bonuses.
