Senior MIS Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior MIS Executive to develop and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) tailored to our organizational needs, focusing on sales and CRM data analysis and reporting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Create MIS frameworks customized to specific requirements utilizing various tools.
• Generate detailed MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Produce Sales MIS and CRM reports alongside Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
• Monitor and track key metrics including leads, conversions, bookings, collections, and revenue streams.
• Develop comprehensive performance dashboards classified by site, project, and individual employees.
• Perform sales data analyses and provide informative insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure reporting databases are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and CRM teams to guarantee timely and precise report delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Expertise with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced formulas.
• Proven experience in data analysis, data interpretation, and generating detailed reports.
• Background in Sales MIS, CRM reporting, KPI dashboard creation, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
