  • Minimum of five years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech Medical Affairs, field medical, HEOR, payer strategy, market access, or health-system engagement roles is mandated.
  • Proven experience engaging payer, health-system, IDN, PBM, medical directors, pharmacy leadership, formulary committees, specialty pharmacies, or population health stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems including formulary decision-making, utilization management, medical/pharmacy benefits, specialty pharmacy, patient access, population health, and value-based care.
  • Exceptional ability to clearly, credibly, and compliantly articulate complex scientific, clinical, health economics, and outcomes data to senior healthcare decision-makers.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with oncology or specialty pharmaceutical access mechanisms such as buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, IDNs, regional oncology networks, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, PBMs, and value-based care contracts is a plus.

Required Capabilities

  • Strong scientific, clinical, and health economics knowledge combined with strategic insight to interpret and communicate complex evidence effectively to senior healthcare leaders.
  • Executive presence, excellent presentation and communication skills, strategic account planning abilities, relationship management expertise, and skillful engagement both virtually and in-person.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, analytical, accountable, and able to manage complex external relationships with scientific judgment, business acumen, and integrity.

Travel and Other Requirements

  • This position is field-based with a home office, supporting payer and health-system stakeholders nationally or regionally; residing near a major airport is preferred.
