Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialist medical positions, utilizing established client relationships and the agency’s strong market presence to achieve excellent recruitment outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in medical recruitment, either agency or internal.
- Preferably familiar with the New Zealand public health recruitment landscape.
- Proven success in permanent recruitment of specialist medical roles.
- Highly motivated, well-organized, and comfortable operating independently.
