Job description
About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Insights Manager, you'll transform diverse datasets into actionable insights to optimize business strategy and marketing investments. Your core responsibility is to design and manage an AI-powered Marketing Insights Hub, establishing one comprehensive platform that brings together customer, commercial, marketing, and broader market intelligence data. By leveraging advanced analytics and forecasting, you will ensure that data-driven recommendations drive improved customer experiences and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation and ongoing evolution of an AI-driven Marketing Insights Hub that integrates data across marketing, customer profiles, commercial operations, and wider market intelligence sources.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards, support self-service analytics, and apply AI tools to enable data-backed decisions across the organization.
- Track and interpret critical metrics such as sales, bookings, product mix, profit margins, and predictive forecasts.
- Discover opportunities to boost marketing effectiveness and meet or exceed commercial growth objectives.
- Assess the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels—paid advertising, CRM, digital initiatives, and partnership efforts.
- Measure marketing indicators including customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value (CLV), and conversion rates.
- Contribute to econometric modelling, attribution analysis, and improvements in customer journey mapping.
- Deliver insights regarding brand perception, customer activity, campaign impact, emerging market trends, competitive positioning, share of market, as well as customer satisfaction and loyalty scores (NPS/CSAT).
- Offer strategic, actionable recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
- Oversee the delivery of annual market research programs, including agency management and budget oversight.
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies and deepen organization-wide understanding of customer journeys to enhance targeting and personalized engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a similar discipline.
- At least five years of experience specializing in marketing analytics, insights, or commercial analysis roles.
- A solid track record with Power BI, advanced Excel usage, data reporting, CRM analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and handling complex or large datasets.
- Desirable: Familiarity with artificial intelligence, large language models, machine learning, SQL, marketing mix modelling, econometric analytics, financial forecasting, price optimization, data attribution, data warehousing, and advanced marketing measurement techniques.
- Desirable: Professional background in sectors such as healthcare, retail, or FMCG.
Additional Information
- Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive environment with fair treatment for all employees, regardless of background or legally-protected characteristics.
- Dedication to professional development, innovation, and building high-performing teams.

- Complimentary hearing aids for employees if needed.
- Free flu vaccinations (reduced rates for family members).
- Pension plan and life assurance coverage.
- Flexible benefits system to tailor your own reward package.
- Access to confidential wellbeing support through Telus, both at work and outside.
