About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive user growth and performance marketing for cutting-edge products that enable secure, decentralized digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive strategies to accelerate organizational growth and expand market reach
- Regularly examine campaign metrics and data trends to maximize effectiveness and return on investment
- Work closely with a variety of teams, including product developers and designers, to ensure cohesive product launches and effective marketing integration
- Take the lead in acquiring new users through digital marketing, growth hacking, and performance-driven campaigns
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; open to all graduates
- Fluency in both English and Hindi
- Proven experience in formulating growth and customer acquisition strategies
- Expertise in digital marketing, campaign optimization, and relevant analytics tools
