Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Executive will be instrumental in advancing Pepperstone's objectives related to customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing, brand enhancement, and improving overall customer experience. This position involves a broad range of marketing duties including campaign management, website content oversight, data analysis, social media engagement, search marketing optimization, event coordination, and content creation. Additional responsibilities include supporting administrative tasks and ad hoc projects within the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives tailored to European markets.
  • Manage and optimize content on European websites to maintain high standards and relevance.
  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar, particularly managing UK social channels with localized, compliant, and frequent postings.
  • Lead marketing campaign creation and briefing processes, proactively communicating with the Regional Marketing Manager to ensure timely and strategic execution.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to improve and tailor website content for local markets.
  • Prepare and distribute campaign emails, promotional materials, and social media content.
  • Assist in developing campaign briefs and coordinate with design and content teams to ensure culturally appropriate messaging aligned with brand tone.
  • Oversee translation and localization efforts liaising with internal and external partners.
  • Organize and support client-facing events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, publishers, and agencies.
  • Ensure all marketing outputs comply with regional regulations and standards.
  • Provide general administrative support and undertake special projects as required within the marketing department.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in financial services or digital B2C sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of SEO concepts and experience with Content Management Systems.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or comparable marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under changing deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercially aware with a data-driven mindset towards marketing strategy.
