Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will spearhead demand generation and contribute to pipeline growth through comprehensive marketing campaigns and event initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the role focuses on crafting campaigns that engage enterprise purchasers and motivate organizations toward prioritizing accessibility strategically, furthering Fable’s mission of creating enhanced digital experiences for people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop multifaceted demand generation campaigns integrating events, digital channels, outbound marketing, content, and customer advocacy.
- Partner with Sales to design innovative account-based marketing strategies targeting executives and end users.
- Manage campaign execution across various channels and analyze performance relative to pipeline objectives.
- Test and refine campaigns continuously based on engagement and revenue results.
- Oversee Fable's event marketing strategy and operations, including conferences, customer gatherings, executive dinners, webinars, and community events.
- Coordinate event planning, logistics, sponsorship arrangements, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite event delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Sales on pre-event outreach, meetings, and account engagement plans.
- Represent Fable at events engaging with prospects, clients, and partners.
- Conduct post-event reviews, reporting, and campaign adjustments to optimize pipeline impact and return on investment.
Candidate Requirements
- Between three to five years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, account-based marketing, or field marketing.
- Passion for designing creative activations for conferences, trade shows, executive events, or customer programs.
- Willingness to travel across North America and occasionally internationally for events.
- Strong curiosity and analytical problem-solving skills to improve processes.
- An interest in experimentation and data-driven learning.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with proven cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales teams.
- Comfortable using data to evaluate campaign outcomes.
- Interest or experience in leveraging AI and automation technologies to enhance workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and AI platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Clay, Claude, and ChatGPT.
- Exposure to B2B marketing or SaaS business environments.
- Experience supporting campaigns through email, social media, or events channels.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 in targeted earnings. This band aligns with the candidate’s abilities, experience, and company equity policies and is subject to revision. Final salary determination is personalized based on qualifications.
